After collaborating with Schenkel Shultz on a comprehensive brand communications strategy, brand guide, and custom website design and development, we partnered with this award-winning architectural and interior design firm to guide and promote their relaunch. With an impressive project portfolio, SIX strategically positioned Schenkel Shultz based on their evolving leadership priorities and aspirational project sectors.

Strategy

The objective was to enhance brand awareness in new markets across Florida and shift the perception of the firm from its historical focus on educational and municipal buildings to a more innovative and multifaceted identity.

To achieve this, SIX orchestrated a launch event that unveiled refreshed branding in a creative and unexpected manner: a fashion show that intertwined fashion design with the architectural aesthetics of some of the firm’s most notable buildings. Alongside this event, we prioritized the announcement and promotion of both current and upcoming projects that embody this innovative design approach.

SIX’s efforts included securing nominations for several prestigious awards such as Orlando Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2024, Gulfshore Business’ 40 under 40, and Orlando Magazine’s Women Who Move the City, which successfully highlighted the firm’s leadership accomplishments.

To break into new markets, SIX conducted consistent media outreach with outlets outside of Central Florida. As a result, SIX secured notable placements in the Jacksonville Business Journal and Sarasota Magazine that showcase the firm’s dedicated work on the Booker Visual Performing Arts and the University of North Florida projects.

Additionally, we strategically announced the relocation of Schenkel Shultz’s corporate offices to a new space designed for collaboration, programming, and events, further solidifying the firm’s reputation as an industry innovator. To maximize impact, we coordinated a visit from the Winter Park mayor and secured coverage in the Orlando Business Journal.
