Overview

SIX partnered with Massachusetts-based mixed-use developer WS Development, one of the nation’s largest, to bring awareness to the rebranding and re-development of The Avenue Viera, a vibrant open-air lifestyle destination in Viera, Florida.

Our Strategy

The primary objective was to reposition The Avenue Viera as a premier, upscale shopping and dining destination. 

To achieve this, SIX created a plan that involved strategic announcements of new retailers such as Lululemon, Nordstrom Rack, J.McLaughlin, and Lilly Pulitzer, alongside expanded dining options such as Playa Bowls.

In addition to announcements, SIX secured coverage for dynamic events to engage the community and attract diverse audiences. Promoting key initiatives including beloved signature events, Merry & Bright Tree Lighting, Third Thursdays, TogetHER, and more. SIX collaborated with The Avenue Viera in the planning and securing influential community members for TogetHER an International Women’s Day networking event in 2024 and 2025.

SIX directed The Avenue Viera’s influencer strategy, leveraging engagement to highlight the grand opening and programming of various retailers including “A Day at the Avenue” influencer campaign showcased national brands including Lilly Pulitzer, Sur La Table and J.McLaughlin.

SIX facilitated collaborations with local organizations such as Visit Space Coast and Brevard Zoo strengthening community ties, amplifying event promotion, and increasing awareness of The Avenue Viera as the top destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

 

Results

As a result, The Avenue Viera gained recognition in notable publications, including Florida Today, Orlando Business Journal, Boston Business Journal, and Viera Voice, significantly enhancing visibility in Brevard County and beyond.
